Simona Sulikova joined the World Bank in 2022 and works with the Transport Global Practice, where she focuses on climate action in the maritime sector, and logistics modelling. Previously, she worked for the Ministry of Finance in Slovakia, where she evaluated large scale infrastructure projects and was in charge of developing the national transport model. Simona holds a DPhil in Transport Studies and Economics, an MPhil in Environmental Change and Management, and a BA in Land Economy.
