Sinthya Roesly has been Chief Executive Officer of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) since the establishment of the IIGF in December 2009. IIGF’s mission is to support acceleration of infrastructure development in Indonesia executed under PPP schemes, by providing guarantees against infrastructure project risks related to government actions or inactions. IIGF is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. Ms. Roesly is also a Council Member for the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Asia Branch and a member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) PPP Business Advisory Board.
