Sokbunthoeun So is a Senior Public Sector Specialist of the Governance Global Practice based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His work focuses on a range of areas in public sector and governance including public financial management, public administration, decentralization, political economy of reform, change management, and state society relations. Sokbunthoeun was a Fulbright Fellow 2002-2004. He has a Ph.D. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, U.S.A.
