Programme Management Delivery Consultant on the Ghana Revenue Programme with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)

Solace Gifty Benyah is a process-oriented Management Consultant with a decade-plus experience of driving delivery, efficiency and effectiveness in systems and processes for organisations. A change agent and problem-solver, adept at facilitating strategic support and leading data and technology-driven transformations to maximise growth and increase performance. She consistently explores capacity-building opportunities to be a Lead Specialist in the design and implementation of social policies/programmes and advocacy aimed at improving the well-being of people, including women, children and marginalised groups.

Solace currently works as a Programme Management Delivery Consultant on the Ghana Revenue Programme with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), a Public Financial Management Programme alongside His Majesty’s Government (HMG) Partners, and the Government of Ghana Agencies: Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).

She leads in the delivery of project activities in the GRA, including Risk-Based Audit, Data Mining and Analytics, Automatic Exchange of Information, Customer Experience, Enterprise Risks, Compliance Improvement Plan and Stamp Duty Review.

She worked in a similar position with the United Nations Children’s Fund, the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ghana Education Service (GES).
