Solange Mizero is a Transport Specialist in the World Bank’s IAET1 department, based in Kigali, Rwanda. Prior to joining the World Bank, she served as the Coordinator of the Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) at the Rwanda Transport Development Agency, where she oversaw all transport development projects, particularly those externally funded.
She holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With 14 years of experience in transport projects, her current portfolio includes urban transport initiatives, feeder road projects connecting agricultural zones to market centers, and regional integration projects aimed at facilitating trade and transport with neighboring countries.
