Dr. Somil Nagpal, is Senior Health Specialist and cluster lead for the World Bank’s health and nutrition programs in Indonesia and Timor Leste and has been representing the World Bank team in the Joint Learning Network (JLN) for Universal Health Coverage since its inception.
