Soni Khanal is the Learning Manager at Accountability Lab Nepal. With more than five years of experience in social science research and monitoring and evaluation, she supports Lab team with day-to-day data collection and analysis which strengthens monitoring, program design, course-correction, and evaluation of programs at the Lab. Specializing in social science research and monitoring and evaluation, she has consulted for the Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe Nepal Earthquake Response Program, USAID Baliyo Ghar project, and worked with Social Science Baha, a renowned research institute in Nepal for more than two years. Soni holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from University of Mumbai.
