Sonia Jorge has over 25 years of diverse international experience in ICT policy and regulatory advice and analysis, strategic industry planning, and national ICT/broadband policy development. Sonia is an avid advocate of gender equality in development and has worked extensively to promote gender analysis and awareness in the ICT planning process, as well as an understanding of the importance of universal access and digital inclusion for development. She’s also an ambassador for the Global Tech Challenge: Solutions for Women.
