Sophie Chanson is an architect and Urban Development specialist of the World Bank in the Social, Urban, Rural & Resilience Global Practice (SURR) for Latin America and the Caribbean. She works on urban resilience, planning and cultural heritage issues in Bolivia and Haiti and is passionate about the potential of cities as agents of global change.
