Stanislas Honkuy serves as a Senior Education Specialist in the HAWE2 unit, based in the World Bank's Chad Country Office within the Africa West. A national of Burkina Faso, he joined the World Bank in 2017 as part of the inaugural cohort of the Africa Early Years Fellows program. Stanislas has led and contributed to numerous education projects across the Sahel region, focusing primarily on Niger and Chad, and has also made significant cross-sector contributions to social protection, health, and the Africa Human Capital Project. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent 15 years at the Ministry of Women, National Solidarity and Family of Burkina Faso in various capacities, enriched by field experience in rural and urban areas from 2001 to 2016. He is a graduate of the Institut National de Formation en Travail Social de Ouagadougou, of the University of Dijon in France, and of the Kalu Institute in Spain.
