Stéphane July is a Principal Consultant at CPCS, a Canadian consulting firm specializing in infrastructure. He is a project finance and PPP expert who has been advising governments and companies across West and Central Africa for the past four years. Stephane benefits from more than 20 years of experience in structuring international PPPs for both the public and private sector as investment banker, adviso and private equity investor. On the private side, he has a substantial track record in closing deals as debt arranger, equity provider and/or financial adviser. On the public side, he has led and delivered advisory services for many public entities both in Europe and Africa including projects prioritisation and bankability assessment (Chad, Senegal, Guinea), market potential evaluation and feasibility studies (Ghana, Nigeria). Stéphane is a civil engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.
