Stephanie Creed works as a Consultant for the Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG) Group at the World Bank. At the World Bank, she works with a group of multilateral development agencies to support a multi-stakeholder knowledge platform on public-private partnerships. She also works on the Bank’s maximizing finance for development initiative through supporting the creation and dissemination of case studies. Prior to joining the World Bank, Stephanie worked for the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations and Field Support and the Institute of Current World Affairs. She holds a MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA from Ithaca College.
