Her analytical work has focused on the impact of public policies on employment and poverty. Her research interests include migration, gender, and the labor market with a focus on the Latin American and the Caribbean region. She joined the World Bank as a consultant in 2021. Previous to joining the bank, she was a consultant on projects related to the labor market and worked at the Ministry of Labor in Chile. She holds a MSc and BA in Economics from the Universidad de Chile.
