Stephanie Sweet is a Consultant with the Governance Global Practice at the World Bank, where she works on tax and public financial management reform. She also works with the Overseas Development Institute and USAID. Her work areas include extractive revenue management, tax administration and policy, political economy analysis, and PFM technical assistance. She has worked in Latin America, Africa, and South and East Asia. Prior to the Bank, she worked with Deloitte, DAI, and the US Treasury. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Taxation from Texas A&M University, as well as a M.A. in International Development and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS. She is currently completing her PhD in International Political Economy at Johns Hopkins SAIS.
