Steve is a Senior Environment Specialist currently based in the Lao PDR, where he leads the Bank’s green growth, environment and natural resource management engagements. Steve is a seasoned task team leader with a history of delivering integrated approaches to investment, institutions, information, and incentives at country and regional levels that build resilience, reduce the carbon footprint, and sustain natural wealth for poverty reduction and shared prosperity.
