Stephen D O'Connell is currently a consultant in the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Unit of the World Bank. His work focuses on entrepreneurship, productivity and industrial dynamics. His is also PhD candidate and Chancellor's Fellow in the Department of Economics at City University of New York Graduate Center.
