Stephen Winkler is a Social Development Specialist in the Social Sustainability and Inclusion (SSI) GP. He supports monitoring and evaluation of Community-Driven Development operations as well as analytical and advisory work on inclusion, social cohesion, human trafficking, and forced displacement. He currently supports projects in Afghanistan, Myanmar, South Sudan, and across the ECA region. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in Political Science.
