Steven has over a decade of experience in infrastructure finance supporting projects within the World Bank's investment portfolio focused on climate resilience, low carbon development, and disaster risk management. Currently he is based in Hanoi, Vietnam, focusing his efforts on the East Asia region. Steven holds a PhD from the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford.
