Stuart Solomon joined the World Bank Africa Environment and Natural Resource Management unit (AFTEN) as a consultant in early 2012. His focus is on environmental policy and climate change. Before joining the Bank, Stuart worked as a technical advisor on climate change for the Ugandan Parliament, as well as for both the United Kingdom and Canadian government. He has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Politics from the University of Guelph, Canada and a Master's degree in Environment, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex, UK.
