Susan Owuor is a Transport Specialist with the World Bank’s Infrastructure Practice Group for the Eastern and Southern Africa Region. She has led the implementation of large integrated transport operations, including mainstreaming the use of technology in the delivery of transport services, in Kenya and elsewhere in East Africa. Before joining the World Bank, Susan worked with the Kenya National Highways Authority and Kenya Roads Board, and with the private sector as a Transport Engineering Consultant. She holds a Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Nairobi.
