Suzi Kerr is a Senior Fellow and former Director of Motu Economic and Public Policy Research, New Zealand’s leading non-profit economic and public policy research institute, and an Adjunct Professor at Victoria University. She received her PhD in Economics from Harvard University in 1995, and has held a variety of other research positions including at the University of Maryland at College Park, Resources for the Future, MIT, Stanford University, and the University of the Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. Her current focus is domestic and international climate change policy, with special emphasis on emissions pricing and land use as well as climate change impacts and adaptation in New Zealand.
