Svetlana Edmeades is a Senior Agricultural Economist in the Latin America and Caribbean Region of the World Bank. She has worked on a wide range of agricultural topics including climate change, agricultural vulnerability, innovation and competitiveness, biosafety, and biodiversity, among others. She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from North Carolina State University.
