Svitlana, a Ukrainian national, coordinates the monitoring and evaluation agenda at PPIAF, including providing advice on context-driven design and trust fund strategy. She has worked on the PFRAM PPP Fiscal Risk Tool and Procuring Infrastructure PPPs report at the World Bank, conducted performance evaluation at the Social Impact and managed the Ukraine in Europe program at the Atlantic Council. She also spent two years at Sayari Analytics investigating money-laundering schemes in Europe and Latin America and planned a large real estate construction project in Kyiv.
Svitlana holds an M.A. in German and European Studies and a Landegger’s Honor’s Certificate in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and German from Bates College. She is APMG certified in Foundation, Preparation and Execution of PPPs and has working knowledge of Spanish, French, and German.
