Tajuddin Mabaning Ismail, an Indonesian national with more than three decades of experience in information technology (IT), information systems (IS), and management consulting, is an IS Consultant for the World Bank’s Public Sector Governance, Social Development and Assistance, and Energy practices in Indonesia. Mr. Ismail conducted independent validation and verification and project management and quality assurance for the procurement and implementation of Sistem Perbendaharaan dan Anggaran Negara (SPAN) or the State Treasury and Budget System of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as provides advisory on the technical and management aspects of the application of information systems and technologies to public financial management, central government, subnational government, and state-owned enterprise reform / development programs.

 

Mr. Ismail has extensive public and private sector experience in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, business process reengineering / improvement, IT strategy development and infrastructure planning, IT governance and management systems analysis, design, development, and implementation, E-Commerce and cloud systems, and IT process improvement through application of best practice standards. 

Taj holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (with the highest distinction) from California Coast University, Santa Ana, CA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Mindanao State University, Marawi City, Philippines.
