Tamara Arnold Urzua is an Economist Consultant at the World Bank’s Education Global Practice since 2014. Her work has focused primarily on early childhood development and evaluation. Before joining the World Bank, she worked in the Research Department of the Ministry of Education in Chile. She has also worked for Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Preschool Education to implement quality measurement of preschool education in the country.
Tamara holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
