Tamara Nikolic, Operations Officer, has been working for the World Bank since 2011 focusing on different areas of local, national and regional development issues and capacity building, promoting sustainable and resilient urban development, green agenda, good governance, and citizen engagement in South East Europe as well as Eastern Partnership Countries, while reaching out to over 150 local governments. Prior to this, she worked for German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ), Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), and European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR).
Tamara holds a Master’s degree from the Joint European Master Programme in Comparative Local Development, led by the University of Trento, Italy in collaboration with the Universities of Regensburg, Budapest, and Ljubljana.
