Tanguy de Bienassis is a Financial Specialist in the Carbon Markets and Innovation Unit at the World Bank in Washington, DC. His work focuses on sustainable finance, innovative climate finance mechanisms, energy access and international climate negotiations in the transport sector. Prior to joining the World Bank Group in 2012, Tanguy worked in investment banking and strategy consulting and graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
