Tarek Keskes is an Energy Specialist at the World Bank's Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP), where he leads the work on electric mobility and contributes to various initiatives on energy storage, innovative solar solutions, and power system planning. Tarek brings several years of experience designing and implementing sustainable energy technical assistance programs in developing and emerging economies. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich in Germany.
