Tashmina Rahman is an Education Specialist with the Education Global Practice at the World Bank. In her current role, she is leading research and policy work in the fields of basic and tertiary education and skills development. Tashmina is also working closely with governments in the South Asia region to support project design, implementation, and evaluation in the education sector. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh and a master’s degree in Development Studies (Research Training) from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
