Tendai is an experienced Zimbabwean development practitioner with more than eight years of progressive experience and expertise in community engagement, gender, HIV research and monitoring and evaluation. Currently, she is engaged as a project officer at the Culture Fund of Zimbabwe Trust, where she coordinates the work of six community-based organizations that are empowering women and girls in four districts in Zimbabwe She has a master’s degree in Development Studies.
