Nandya is a Sr. Urban Specialist at the World Bank Colombo Office. She is an Indonesian nationality, with a Ph.D in Economic and Public Finance from Georgia State University. She joined the World Bank Jakarta Office in 2009 as an Urban Economist, working on intergovernmental transfer system, performance transfer mechanism, and municipal finance. She moved to the World Bank Headquarter as an Agile Fellow in 2018. Currently, she is based in the World Bank Colombo Office in Sri Lanka, as a Sr. Urban Specialist, managing urban infrastructure work on flood reduction system, nature-based solutions, urban development projects, and climate resilience.
