Theresa Abrassart is an Urban Development Consultant at the World Bank. She joined in 2017 and has contributed to the Urban, Disaster Risk Management, Resilience, and Land Global Practice (GPURL) through her work with the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) Building Regulation for Resilience (BRR) Program and the Africa Disaster Risk Financing Program. Prior to working for the World Bank, Theresa was a research fellow for the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR).
