Thervina is a participant in the 16th Cohort of the World Bank Group Voice Secondment Program (VSP) and joined the EFNFI Unit effective January 6, 2020. Prior to joining the WBG, Thervina worked in the Research and Policy Unit, of the Ministry of Finance of Saint Lucia as the Deputy Chief Economist.
