Thomas Brown is a Research Analyst working across Social Development and Education portfolios in the Indonesia country office of the World Bank. Before joining the Bank, he worked on forced migration issues, applying community-driven development approaches to improve education service delivery in protracted refugee contexts in Southeast Asia.
