Thomas Browne is a consultant with the Access to Information (AI) team in the Global Practices Communications department, External and Corporate Relations (ECR). He provides communication support and contributes to outreach and knowledge dissemination through promoting AI implementation and the Bank’s Open initiatives. Prior to his work with the Bank, Thomas was a Communications Assistant to US Embassies in Moscow, Russia and Jakarta, Indonesia.
