Tim is a partner in Allen & Overy’s infrastructure and energy group. His legal practice covers a broad range of projects, PPP, and infrastructure-related work in the bond, bank, and institutional debt markets, advising public authorities, sponsors, arrangers, and investors (including European, Asian, and U.S. institutional investors) and he is an expert in non-bank financing techniques. Tim has significant experience with sustainable finance products across these markets and has specific expertise in infrastructure and energy financings in the renewable energy space, including onshore and offshore wind and PV/solar projects.
