Tina Taheri is part of the founding team of the Future Development blog and is currently based in Hong Kong. Tina first joined the World Bank in Washington DC in 2002. Prior to joining the WB, she spent several years working in both the private and public sectors, including Deloitte in Luxembourg, Total and the Baha’i Office of Public Affairs in France and Millennium Research Group in Canada. She took a break in service from the World Bank and worked for two years for the Government of Singapore.
Tina has a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from ICADE in Spain. She has also studied at Landegg University in Switzerland and at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims in France.
