Tiziana Londero leads the Protecting Minority Investors indicator in the Doing Business unit. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Finance Law from the George Washington University Law School and a law degree with a major in Company Law, Financial Markets, and Competition from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Tiziana is admitted to the New York State Bar. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she worked in the regulatory department of a trade association in Washington D.C. focusing on financial services regulatory issues and in the litigation department of an international law firm in Italy. She speaks Italian and Hungarian.
