Tojoarofenitra Ramanankirahina is a Senior Transport Specialist at the World Bank's Liberia Office, with extensive experience in the roads, waterways, BRT systems, and railways sector development. His expertise spans a variety of sub-Saharan African nations, including Senegal, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Liberia, Sierra Leone, Cabo Verde, Mali, Madagascar, Namibia, Guinea, and Mauritania. Tojoarofenitra has been pivotal in enhancing transport sector asset management and service delivery across these countries. He is currently the task team leader for several projects, notably the Liberia Road Asset Management Project and Liberia Rural Economic Transformation Project. Tojoarofenitra is a Civil Engineer by training and holds a Master's degree in Management Studies.
