Toluwalase “L.A.” Akinluyi is a dedicated healthcare professional and public health advocate currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Policy and Management at New York University. As an ambassador for the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health, a graduate research associate at NYU Langone Health, and a former global medical affairs intern at Johnson & Johnson, she combines her physical therapy background with innovative healthcare solutions to foster impact.
Toluwalase founded Salubrity, an initiative dedicated to promoting health education and workplace well-being for sustainable development. She is also the founder of Speaking Fingers Academy, where she mentors students in writing, public speaking, and leadership. Popularly known as the “lady with fingers that speak and lips that write,” she is a passionate spoken word artist and writer who uses storytelling to inspire and educate.
