Tomás works in the Transport Global Practice, where he supports the transport agenda in Indonesia and Kosovo. Prior to joining the World Bank, Tomás worked in transport infrastructure projects to achieve more sustainable transport and innovative logistic systems, and reduce the climate change effects in a number of countries, including Spain, Morocco, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. Tomás is a civil engineer and holds a Master’s in Transport, Logistics, and Mobility from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña. He also holds a Master in International Business Administration.
