Tomás is a consultant in the World Bank's Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice. He previously worked at the Interamerican Development Bank and at the OECD. Tomás holds a BA from the University of Exeter and a MSc in Population and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
