Torben is an Economist at IDinsight, a not-for-profit international development research, monitoring and evaluation, and data analytics organization. He leads IDinsight’s work to leverage data and evidence to increase governments’ domestic resource mobilization. He oversees a portfolio of projects across Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Mannheim, Germany. In his spare time, he can be found exploring the hilltops surrounding Lake Geneva.
