Toyoko is a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist working in the Water Global Practice at the World Bank. She leads operations in water rural and urban areas as well as analytical work in Eastern and Southern Africa. Prior to the current position, she worked on water and urban projects in East Asia and Pacific countries. She was also part of the social inclusion team in the Water Global Practice, deepening social inclusion in operations, with particular focus on gender and vulnerable groups.
