Trang is an economist in the Business Regulations unit of the World Bank Group’s Macro, Trade and Investment Global Practice. Her recent works has focused on understanding firm behavior, growth, and productivity, especially under the influence of countries' business regulatory environment. In her assignments at the World Bank, she has experience across a range of countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, East and South Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America & the Caribbean. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she completed a PhD in development economics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
