Tseganesh Lapiso Dilebo is a World Bank consultant working on Nigeria’s Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) project. With over a decade of experience in law, communications, and gender development across Africa, South Asia, and North America, she leads AGILE’s strategic communications and social norms campaigns promoting girls’ education, empowerment, and leadership. She recently led the AGILE Games 2025 — a national event celebrating girls’ achievements through education and sports — engaging over 500 schools, federal and state ministries, the Office of the First Lady, and media partners. Before joining the Nigeria team, Tsega co-led the Afghanistan Narratives Project, documenting two decades of development impact. She holds an LL.M. from The George Washington University and an LL.B. from Addis Ababa University.
