Tsiry Andriantahina is a Malagasy national, aged 39, who joined the bank in 2019 as a Senior Energy Specialist. He is based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Before joining the Bank, Tsiry spent 8 years at the Ministry of Energy and Hydrocarbons of Madagascar, where he held various positions including Director of Energy Planning, Director General of Energy, and Technical Advisor to the Minister. He graduated from the ‘’Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique d’Antananarivo’’ and holds a PhD in Industrial Project Engineering from the University of Antananarivo. Tsiry is married and has three children, aged 13, 9, and 5.
