Uilrich Inespéré Waffo is a Girl and Women’s Empowerment (GWE) Specialist at the World Bank Group Health, Nutrition, and Population Global Practice, supporting both Cameroon and Chad. He supports the Sahel Women Empowerment Demographic Dividend Regional Program serving as technical specialist for the program in Cameroon and Chad. He contributes to the WB WGE agenda on cross-cutting issues such as education, health, employment, vocational training, and leadership. Uilrich holds a master’s degree in demography and population sciences from the Regional Institute for Demographic Training and Research in francophone Africa (IFORD).
