Utkirjon Kholbadalov is currently the Head of Department, Green Economy at the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Prior to this he was the head of department at The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development. He is an experienced Head Of Division with a demonstrated history of working in government and non-profit organizations. His core skills are in the field of Tourism Policy and Management, Socio-Economic Policy, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, Policy Analysis and Political Parties. He comes with strong development acumen with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in International Accounting, Financial Analysis from University Utara Malaysia and has been a senior Lecturer in Economics at the Termez Professional College of Economics.
