UWINGENEYE Joyeuse is the Director General of Rwanda Public Procurement Authority, A regulatory oversight body mandated to ensure organization, analysis and supervision in public procurement matters and to advise the Government and all public procurement organs on the policies and strategies in matters related to the organization of public procurement. Prior to joining the RPPA, Joyeuse has occupied various positions at the Rwanda Development Board and in the private sector since 2008. She is a board member for 2 public institutions and she is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance (Financial sector Policy) and Bachelor of Economics.
